• Bidding: Bid with $SPINFUN, the highest bid for each office wins leaderboard points.

• Bid refunds: only the winning bid is burned; all other bids are fully refunded.

• Election cycle: every 1 hour

• Leaderboard reset: Monthly

• Distribution:
